SMARTY OPERATIONS CYCLE

EASY TO USE

The resident enters the maintenance request through the touch screen in the device available at the entrance of each residential tower or complex.

IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION

As soon as the maintenance request is submitted, an immediate notice will be sent to the resident through SMS, and the maintenance request wil be registered in the control panel of the real estate company or the facility management company.

ON TIME

The maintenance team will start its works in coordination with the facilities managment team, at the time suitable for the request submitter.

CONTROL MANAGEMENT

After completing the request, the report signed by the resident will be delivered to the control panel employee to update the request and close it.

ACCOUNTING PROCESS

An invoice will be issued by the maintenance team to complete the necessary procedures based on the policy of each department.

RESIDENTS HAPPINESS

Within the system operation cycle, there will be surveys to gauge the level and directions of the residents' satisfaction with the services offered to them.
